Thanks to the earthly influence of Virgo, this is a great time to de-clutter and cleanse your body, mind, heart and home. This is also a great moon to recalibrate any goals you have around your health and daily routine, and use this energy to re-state and clarify what your intentions are. ... 16.01.2022 These newly sprung Spring days are both blissful and unsettling The wind comes to stir us and awaken us, but can make us feel ungrounded and irritable. The days lengthen and we feel called to move, stretch, dance and flow, but we are also tired and can feel restless.... The energy calls us to grow, to create to embrace all the possibilities, but we can feel confused, unsure, overwhelmed. Breath Rest Lean into your roots To navigate through these powerful Spring energies, it is important that we not only focus on all the amazing growth but also on our roots, our support, our anchor. To ensure that our roots are anchoring us to withstand the wind; to ensure that we are gifting ourself enough sleep so that we have the energy needed to grow freely; to ensure that as we look to the sky we are not overwhelmed by the possibility to grow in all directions, but that we align to our purpose and allow the growth from there. Just as an awakening seedling, when reaching up toward the whole sky, must allow growth one section at a time, leaning into its roots, anchoring firmly, bending with the breeze. It cannot grow its full crown in one go, it cannot grow in all directions at the same time. It allows its unfurling in alignment with its own sacred pattern and the best option for that moment. Take a breath, breathe in the majesty of the sky and the endless possibilities and lean into your roots. Embrace your anchor and stretch towards the sun, then the pathway for growth will open and appear, and you can access sustainable, powerful, cleansing growth. It has been a huge transformative few weeks for many and the energy of this time will start to recede and settle. We can now anchor in a little more deeply and reflect on all the shifts, wisdom and struggles we have experienced. Go gently Be loving and patient with the self Soak in the sunshine, drink plenty of water, breath in the gift of life and embrace the sacred pause.

08.01.2022 Celebratory blessings for tomorrows Lion’s Gate Portal. Lion's Gate Portal is a time when the influence of the great star Sirius combines, with the sun through the constellation of Leo. As we reach the peak of this alignment we open to receiving gifts of clarity, great cosmic wisdom and powerful downloads, all which bring an opportunity to accept and amplify your personal power, purpose and contribution.... Sirius is a sacred star that is associated with passion, wealth, creative energy and devotion. It is the brightest star in the sky and has been honoured for the energy it brings for millennia. During this time it can be seen rising in the east in the pre dawn sky. Falling on the 8th day Lion's Gate is also associated with balance and equalization, bringing powerful shifts and changes into alignment and harmony. But be prepared to extend beyond the comfort zone of your previous balance, rock the boat a little in order to recalibrate your new energies. As we recalibrate through the expansion we can feel quite destabilised and uncertain. Take time to ground these powerful shifts and give yourself what you need to find your centre. 04.01.2022 Spring is calling and the Wood element is stirring. As the days warm and the light lengthens, the energy extends itself and seeks to push through the old layers. Allow yourself time to stretch, to answer the call and embrace the beckoning movement, to give your growing ideas space and time to be imagined.... Spring calls our vitality to the surface and reminds us of all that is possible. Spring can also make us feel irritable if we are not creating space for growth. If a seedling is bound up in a small space it will struggle and push and suffer, however if there is no base or supportive soil it will fall and fail. Give yourself space, push against your base, use your roots to stabilise and stretch into the new dawn of the emerging Spring. Find and embrace your version of expansion; What is rising to the surface for you? Where can you make more room for you in your day? Where can you clean out a corner or a cupboard? Where can you take a moment to journal your ideas? Where can you release an old pattern? What activity is your body calling out for? Leaning into the time that is available and using it to nourish this early stage of growth and emergence. It will also help to regulate the sometimes unpredictable expanding energy of Spring.
