17.01.2022 School Holidays have started this week - and it’s got us thinking. Which games are your favourites? While our school holidays may look very different at the moment. We are sure you will find a way to make it fun. Personally we LOVE the loud warm up games. The more running, giggling and silliness... the better!... 14.01.2022 Returning to class after all this time is nothing short of exciting! To make this all possible, we have had to introduce some new changes to the way we operate our classes. Here's what you need to know: Aerial apparatus such as Hoops, Trapeze's and Tissu's are currently not being shared between students.... To accommodate this change we have had to adjust class sizes accordingly. All of our aerial gear is disinfected and washed before/after each class. Trapeze's and Hoops are being sprayed with disinfectant after each use. Tissu's are currently being washed and dried after each use. We will continue to update our class procedures as state regulations and guidelines are updated. Thank you to our students for their understanding and excitement as we begin our return to classes. 14.01.2022 Well this has gotten a bit complicated... First up, if you are in a locked down area, or being further effected be the growing spread of COVID - please know that you aren’t alone, and you have our support. Continue to do the right things, get tested, and push on with the hard work of isolating. It’s going to be tough, but we’ll all get through this. ... At the same time, The Circus Spot is in Pascoe Vale (3044) and therefore not locked down. So yes, classes will continue. Sadly though, many of our wonderful students live in locked down areas (yep, I’m also living in one of them). If you are enrolled for the Mini Term and living in a locked down postcode, we’ll be crediting your remaining Mini Term classes. In regards to Term 3 - we’re revising how to make it work. We intend to ensure that you won’t miss out on a place once this lockdown is lifted. We’ll be coming at you with a more details and a Term 3 timetable in the next couple of days. 10.01.2022 Well, here we are again. I hope that your head isn’t spinning too much from yesterdays announcement. Here’s all the ways we’ll be managing it’s effects. No classes will run today (Wednesday July 8th), and classes will not run until restrictions permit.... Mini term students Canceled classes will be credited onto your account. Term 3 (face to face classes) We will proceed with the term 3 timetable as planned as soon as restrictions allow for it. Term 3 bookings Students who have booked in and paid will have their space held for them. Payment includes use of previous credit or a payment of $50 or more. Term 3 (zoom classes) We’ll continue with the Zoom classes as scheduled. You can view the timetable by heading to the link below (please note: these online classes start from next Monday, July 13th). www.thecircusspot.com.au/timetable/ If you have existing Zoom credits (even the ones from Term 1), you’ll be able to use them immediately. I'll have more details on Zoom bookings by the end of the week. Term 3 fees Fee’s will be adjusted to reflect the length of Term 3 (based on lifting of restrictions).
