The position will be a permanent part-time position starting with limited hours per week, but with the prospect of increased hours as the patient-base expands. The person we seek is required to support the Clinic GPs and be suitably skilled in the delivery of Patient Centered Primary Health Care, Chronic Disease Management, Care Planning an...d Health Assessment, Immunisations, Wound Management and other General Practice Nursing. This is a hands-on GP nursing position, not just care plans! The Clinic East Ballina is seeking a nurse with abilities to self-direct and manage.
