05.01.2022 BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY No-shows and last minute cancellations enormously disadvantage our business. They also mean that other clients cannot book these time slots with us. Here at The Clinic- Skin.Laser.Beauty we employ only fully qualified, licensed therapists and have invested in the very best laser equipment on the market, striving to make your experience with us as pleasant as possible. Therefore we hope that you will appreciate the introduction of our new Booking... and Cancellation policy and continue to show your support for our small local business. -BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT With any appointment you book with us we will now require credit/debit card details to secure the booking (unless it is already a pre-paid package of treatments). -RESCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS We understand sometimes things do come up and you may need to change your appointment. We kindly ask that you give us 1 business day’s notice so that someone else wanting to get in can visit us. Failure to do so will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the total appointment cost. We cannot accept voice messages left on a Saturday afternoon or Sunday when the clinic is closed as we will not have sufficient time to re-allocate your time slot to another client. -NO SHOW For failing-to-attend an appointment, a pre-payment will apply for any future appointments you wish to book with us. If you have a pre-paid treatment package with us, the allocated time has been lost and 1 treatment will be forfeited from your package. -LATENESS Please call us if you know you are running late to your appointment. If you do not arrive to your appointment on time/arrive late we will try to accommodate you as best we can however we may not be able to perform the full service for you.
