24.01.2022 Just a friendly reminder to our community As you may remember not all that long ago, in March 2020, ALL clubs and pubs were shut. NO schooners, ... NO catching up for drinks with friends NO nights out for dinner. NO jobs NO Live Music Then the government allowed them all to open back up BUT with restrictions !!! Limited group numbers, Keeping 1.5 meter distancing, No mingling, Signing in or checking in and the big one YOU MUST REMAIN SEATED AT ALL TIMES IN ALL AREAS - no exception. So when you walk into your next licensed premises and you roll your eyes because you have to stop to give your details and contact number , just remember, we are only doing our jobs to try stay open for YOU. Don't be that person who has to be constantly told to keep seated and frustrate the staff for doing their job! The government has put these restrictions in place and we MUST follow them in order to stop any spread of Covid in our clubs and pubs. We don't , once again , want to be shut down & loose our jobs . By following the rules you can continue to enjoy a cold beer & catch-up with your mates. There are also heavy fines for any patrons not adhering to the Covid restrictions that are in place - this includes staff , YOU and the premises . ***Please Share with your friends***

Chatted, then bumped into again at Sheepyard Inn, with fr...iendly family., spent couple hours together chatting. Had great time at Club in Scrub again. Locals are so happy to meet us campers. The camp, facilities are perfect, meals great. Last night at Pub met up with last year's buyer, character Mr L...and Mr R, photographer, who loves to add a selfie just for fun. Ended night with our local Stockton to Newcastle Ferry workers... sitting near us...so stories of their time on harbour revealed Will definitely be back. X See more

It’s MONDAY and it’s nearly over for everyone that was able to travel or had days off We’ve had the BEST few days at Grawin Club- it’s been full on & lots of fun - stacks of visitors and locals - the fields have been busy and lots of memories have been made , new friends & old have loved being out, camping under the stars and enjoying being social again All of the crew at the club would like to say a massive THANK YOU to everyone ...that headed our way - we loved meeting you all and know that a lot of you will be returning . We had a few trailers / tents and vans in our rest area and lots of kids that loved looking for Opal on our dirt dumps - there were a few little finds & some excited children - that’s what it’s all about out here - open spaces - freedom and fresh air Something that is a rarity in the cities . The countdown is on for our next school holidays in July - don’t forget that we’re open 7 days a week - You don’t need to book a spot in our Rest area - just turn up and stay a while - Amenities and a shower ( sml fee ) are available and there’s cold beers/drinks & the BEST burgers at the club . We have live entertainment by JUST US along with some fun and silliness as girls do. There is a bus running from Walgett leaving at 4.30pm and returning at midnight. If you are interested in getting on the bus it's $20 for the return trip. We currently have 9 on the bus but need at least 7 more to run it. Let me know by 5pm Friday the 25th of October if you would like in on the bus, otherwise it will be cancelled.

Tackle box ( Lisa ) will be on the bar and getting your meals organised . Tonight we have a selection of frozen meals for you : 1. Spaghetti Bol 2. Honey Chicken / Rice 3. Roast Pork / Gravy Veg 4. Curried Sausages/Rice 5.
