17.01.2022 Taking our new Eleiko bench row for a spin. Im doing some high rep work with a fat grip EZ bar. I love this variation This Eleiko bench row is my preferred style of bench. Youll notice my hips in flex ion, and knees resting on the knee pads. This allows me to focus on my pulling strength, rather than the old style flat bench witch allows you to drop the legs and shunt the bar up with momentum. Thats why the old flat benches were affectionately known as a seal row. These Eleiko benches are a superior design, preventing ego lifting and focusing more on upper back development. Throw in a thick grip implement and you are on your way to a great back rowing exercise #liftersplayground #strengthcoach
