BPD can be characterised by: - intense fear of abandonment... - unstable intense relationships - changing sense of self/identity - stress-related paranoia - impulsive and risky behaviour - suicidal threats/behaviour or self-harm - intense mood swings that last hours to days - ongoing feelings of emptiness - explosive, inappropriate anger If you want to join a safe space where you can talk openly about your challenges, issues that arise, wins and celebrations and share information, you're welcome.

03.05.2022 It was really important for me to do the Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride. When I first arrived in Sydney around three years ago, I came across the ride and loved the aesthetic, but didn’t know it’s raison d’être. When I found out, it steeled my resolve to one day be able to do it.... Yesterday was the day. It was wonderful to ride with 716 other riders, raising money for men’s prostate and mental health. I exceeded my fundraising target three times over, so am pretty chuffed. If you are a rider and this has piqued your interest, get amongst it.
