Corangamite Shire and Surf Coast Shire now have zero active COVID-19 cases.... Geelongs case load has fallen to seven active cases, after being 10 yesterday. Warrnambool remains on one active case, which is the same as yesterday. Ballarat and Golden Plains have zero active cases. Regional Victoria has 58 active cases, and has recorded a daily average of 4.3 new cases over the past 14 days.
