25.01.2022 COVID FAQ Now that we have reopened, here are a few FAQs that we have answered for you to try and help assimilating back into the Commo as easy as possible, for both punters and our staff. 1. How do I make a reservations?... By phone only please. 52212796 Between service hours 11.30-3pm 5pm - 8.30 Tuesday - Saturday 2. Are there time limits on bookings? General rule of thumb is a two hour limit on sittings, however we will try and accomodate reasonable requests should they come up. 3. Can I pay with cash? We will try and encourage contactless card payments whwrever possible, but are still accepting cash when absolutely necessary. 4. Can I stand in the bar and drink? NO. All food and beverages must be consumed, seated, at a table. Alcohol cannot and will not be served without a meal. (bar snacks do not constitute a meal during this time) 5. There are 10 people in my family? We can still accomodate you, but there is a maximum of 6 people per table. Tables must remain 1.5mt apart and patron's are reminded that no one can stand and 'mingle' regardless of family connection. GOVERNMENT REQUIREMENTS Patrons must still observe social diatancing measures at all times. Patrons Name and contact details must be recorded tk assist with rapid contact tracing. Patrons must remain seated as much as possible, all food and drinks are to be consumed only at a table. Maximum of 20 patrons per enclosed area. We will endevour to do our absolute best, to ensure the health and saftey of our patrons and staff. Rigorous cleaning, and sanitising protocol are being observed at all times. This has been an interesting and different time for all of us, and we want to ensure that everyone gets to enjoy the Commo again. Please be polite and respectful when dealing with the staff and other patrons, as we all do our best to ensure the continuing flattening of this pesky curve.
