Latest announcement #COVID19 Update: Prime Minister Scott Morrison has announced NSW will begin Stage 1 restrictions which will mean the following will be closed from midday tomorrow; Registered and licensed clubs and licensed premises in hotels and pubs.... Entertainment venues and cinemas, casinos and nightclubs. Restaurants and cafes will be restricted to takeaway only. Indoor sporting venues including gyms. Places of worship. Enclosed spaces for funerals will have to following four square metre rule At this stage, advice around schools has not changed and they will remain open. However, parents can choose to keep their children at home under the parents responsibility. Therefore our business is still open and operating as per our previous COVID-19 response.

20.01.2022 NSW Supreme Court requires all lawyers to work remotely There will be no more in-person hearings at the NSW Supreme Court, with matters to continue remotel...y using videolink and other technology where possible. The court announced the new policy on Sunday, as a response "to the developing COVID-19 pandemic". In line with the current health advice, on and from Tuesday, 24 March 2020 there shall be no personal appearances in any matters save in exceptional circumstances with the leave of the Chief Justice or head of jurisdiction. "This also applies to unrepresented litigants. All current jury trials will continue, but new juries will not be empanelled.
