25.01.2022 A client of ours was quite persistent in assisting with the repair of their air conditioner.. The payment for their time was lots of pats and belly rubs ofcourse.

25.01.2022 Our client called us because they'd had ongoing problems with their AC system and wanted a second opinion. The control boards and fan motors had already been replaced so we stripped it back and checked all mechanical components, gas pressures and control circuit wiring. We found very small bites out of a communication wire, caused by vermin. This was throwing intermittent errors at random times of the day/night.... 16.01.2022 An unnamed company was called to our clients house to repair their Air Conditioning. While welding in a new LP switch they were unaware that the heat had melted the fan wiring on the other side of the housing. When they powered the unit up, the electrical short to earth blew the outdoor control board fuse. They then told the client the compressor was now faulty and they needed a complete new ducted air conditioning system! Our client wanted a second opinion and call...ed us. We found the cause of the problem, repaired the wiring and replaced the fuse. The air conditioning system is now operating correctly. Another happy and cool client.
