22.01.2022 What does 'collected' mean to me, and #TheCoolCalmCollected It means that we are, or are becoming: calm and self controlled... have and hold our selves with poise and grace are wise, composed and cool (alluring / unbothered) self-confident, self-aware and self-content It takes many moments, inner reflections as well as time and energy to hold them all within our life and our life's output, but it's possible if you're willing to connect back to your self, first and foremost See more

06.01.2022 What does 'calm' mean to me, and #TheCoolCalmCollected It means that we are, or are becoming: tranquil and quiet within ourselves and able to communicate with our inner knowing and wisdom.... we are pleasantly free from feeling nervousness, anger, doubt, fear and any other strong unsupportive emotions (or conditioning!). We have the tools to recognise and release what doesn't serve us. we are serene, peaceful, kind and gentle (towards ourselves and others). One of the most powerful lessons we can learn for ourselves, if in fact from ourselves. Yep, learning to communicate with our inner self. Our true self. Our highest self. Once we learn to quiet our mind chatter, we uncover a way of life that is truly peaceful and deep. Where to start on your journey? Three simple options (or combinations!): meditation, EFT tapping & journalling See more

03.01.2022 Let's chat about past traumas & conditioning. And, let's break the cycle! I'll start by proudly saying that there is a lot in life I don't know a clue about. But, I'm forever curious & eager to learn. I've also had a lot thrown my way throughout my short 33 years, & while some moments I've made peace with & learnt from I know I still have a lot of unravelling to do, uncovering to discover & conditioning to break so I can ultimately achieve my potential. All of the moments I'v...e experienced thus far are either lessons from this life time or another. It's so important to connect within through meditation & journalling to uncover where our every day 'blocks' are now to be able to move forward & achieve the fulfilment in life we seek so deeply, today. I had a lovely childhood & my teenage years were filled with adventure, fun & adaptation to change & growth. As an adult now, I've realised that the blocks I hold in my reality are through life's many, many 'moments' - all collected & stored to sneak up on us when we thought we *finally* had our shit together... Things like self sabotage, negative thinking, bad habits. These are either mine, created in my current life time for me, by me & through experiences I've had & not utilised to move on from - whether positive or negative - or conditioning through my parents (consciously or unconsciously, which sit in my subconscious - have I lost you yet?). Consider moments I witnessed, shared or the emotional trauma passed on from their experiences to me, moments witnessed or shared from their parents to them & so the cycle continues. The cycle will continue until YOU choose to break it for yourself, your relationships, your abundance, your wisdom, your adventure, your deep love & learning...anything at all you want so desperately to experience yet can't quite pull into your sphere of life is all withheld within your past, somehow. And now is the time to break free. Curious, as to how? Shall I do a IG Live diving into tools & more? See more

01.01.2022 Do it, do it! Decluttering: it's one of my core beliefs that when we remove what no longer aligns, functions for us or inspires us, it's time to release and invite new energies in. Whether it be the physical 'stuff' or the thoughts, emotions and moments we carry around in our sweet minds, it's always a good time to declutter. I'm forever ebbing and flowing from a place of 'decluttering'. Yesterday, I decluttered my social media ... It was AMAZING. I had felt a little stagnant on here, to be really honest and I wanted to be able to reconnect with the inspiration and joy I felt when I first started on the 'Gram. So, I culled any 'follower's' who no longer aligned (or complete randoms) to what this space is here for, and took the same approach with those who I was following. In doing so, new energy has flowed through and I have connected with some beautiful accounts and people who are a perfect energetic match to TheCoolCalmCollected and myself - win, win! Tell me, when was the last time you did a social detox and declutter? Sometimes, the scroll can bring such great positivity to our lives; joy, connection and growth. Are the people who follow you stopping you from becoming you, or perhaps the people you follow are making you feel heavy, uninspired or disconnected somehow? My love, I encourage you to cleanse & reset - it's such a lovely feeling when you do Who are your favourite accounts to follow and connect with on here? Tag them below or DM their pages to me. I’d love to start following more people who are enjoyable to do IG life with See more
