23.01.2022 Off to Sydney today for 2 days. Level 2 training in NeuroKinetic Therapy. Excited and looking forward to sharing some knowledge with you all on my return.



22.01.2022 Pain is a request for change in your life. Some examples. How you eat?... How you move? How you think? How you play? How you sleep, sit, stand, bend etc. Your work environment. Your toxic relationships. Your habits. Your exercise or lack thereof. Or simply asking for help. Dont be afraid to ask for help and reach out to others. Feeling alone and vulnerable when in pain can lead to despair. Sometimes a good cry releases the emotional connection to pain. Crying is not weakness. Crying is strength. Pain is the way your brain communicates a need for something different. Pay attention to it. Respect it. Dont ignore it. Very often the change is a very small one that makes a big impact. Small = BIG!
