25.01.2022 Our customers are at it again! This week, we were sent in one of our mouth-watering scotch fillets, seasoned with a wholegrain mustard crust! Unfortunately the customer got a little bit hungry and we don't have a finished product shot but who could blame them! ... It's a versatile, simple recipe that adds great flavour to an already amazing cut of meat. Just have a read below! - Mix whole grain mustard, salt, pepper, celery salt, thyme in olive oil and coat the piece of Scotch Fillet generously and place in an oven proof dish - Cooking time will depend on weight and desired outcome. As a guide, pictured is a 700g piece of Scotch Fillet, cooked 15 minutes @ 200 degrees Celsius, then reduced to 150 degrees Celsius for further 90 minutes, for a medium result.

Cooked on our olive tree wood and naturally tenderised with Olive Oil, Balsamic Vinegar, Garlic, Rosemary, Lemon, Salt and Pepper. ...
