25.01.2022 Hi to all. I hope everyone had a wonderful time New Years Eve. I hope that everyone has a happy and healthy New Year. Our touch of red party night at the beacon hills golf club WAS FANTABULOUS !!!!!! The Corner Post Cafe has a lovely new TERRACE which is available for night functions for 30 and more max 60 people. Beautiful finger food plus great music available.... We have our new Summer Menu available now and it's ' Simply ' delicious. And there is More ........ We have got a new Chef ....... Starting on the 9th of this month. So finally I will be able to spend more time in the nursery and doing yet more improvements. See you all sooner than later. J X

20.01.2022 Come and check out our daily specials. Our cosy middle room is warm and inviting. Our Chef has made a delicious double cooked Duck Risotto which, I think is the best in all of Melbourne. Try a glass of our local Red Wine and then finish off with a slice of some decadent cake the kitchens has whipped up. I am back next week in Melbourne and in the kitchen. !!!!!! See you then . J.

18.01.2022 Hi to all. It's been awhile since I wrote on this page.....however that is because I, like everyone else have been sooo busy. We had a great summer with our beautiful wine garden in full swing ....and then straight into Winter. And it has been very cold indeed. ... We now have a great Chef full time with us, also a cook and an apprentice cook all cooking up some great dishes. Our new Autumn /Winter menu is well under way with some delicious dishes including Linguini, Tapas Plate, Seasoned Lamb with couscous, Gourmet Hamburger (organic meat) and amazing specials daily. We still have our great selection of home made Cakes, Deserts and slices. Remember our scones are baked fresh daily on our premises and are served with real Jam and lashings of thick pure Cream. Our enclosed Terrace is a lovely Spot to spend some time with family or friends or to sit quietly in our tranquil space over looking our beautiful gardens. We are open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea. Thank you to all our wonderful regulars. To the many who have not yet visited us..... Please do, as we are a little oasis offering wonderful home cooked foods in an amazing environment. Take care. J.

14.01.2022 At present we have Hailey (who worked with us) and now her sister works with us....is having her 21st HIGH TEA PARTY in the Terrace. Hailey, a friend and her mum G. came and decorated the Terrace and it looks absolutly fantastic. The High Tea was for the girls and now the boys are arriving. I think they are all enjoying themselves. Thanks Hailey for choosing our place to celebrate this special bithday with us here at The Corner Post Cafe/Restaurant. J. x

01.01.2022 Hi To All.... Well, Well, Well...!!!! This weather is something else. We have made a few changes here at The Corner Post cafe/Resturant lately and there is more to come. Sooooo if you have not been in for awhile you must pop in. Remember we have Fantabulous 'HIGH TEA' every Monday & Thursday. We also a delicious daily specials....straight out of the oven !!!! Our POSH PEA PIES with roasted Italian Veggies sold out withing 45 mins.... Our Bar will be completed withing 2 weeks and should really look great. Champagne cocktails and Pimms will be served !!!!!!
