This is to top up our levels of stocked yeast (check the web site to see which yeast is kept in stock year round). 17.01.2022 **** Attention All Grainers **** We are looking for a recipe to join our WTG Kits. If you have a recipe you would like to share with the wider brewing community... and it follows the simplicity of our existing kits, then why not enter our 1st WTG kit Seasonal Comp. See below for guidelines and how to enter. 1) All recipes are to consist of a maximum 4.5kg grain bill, which has a base malt and blend of specialty malts. 60grams of hops with preferably a 20/20/20 hop schedule, whirlfoc tablet and a dried Fermentis yeast. 2) Submit 2x 750ml long necks for judging, along with recipe and brewing instructions. For suggested layout of recipe and brewing instructions, check out one of our existing WTG kit recipe & brewing instructions. 3) Judging to be held at The Country Brewer Conference on the October Long Weekend. Judges decision will be final with all tasting to be blind. 4) 1st prize; $150.00 Club Credit, 2nd prize; 2x WTG Kits, 3rd prize; 1x WTG Kit. 5) Ask in-store for entry drop off date as this will vary in each store.

Each kit has specially selected finishing hops, matched to the style, added to the can that give an added "hoppy..." kick to the finished brew. Full flavoured with plenty of attitude, these beers are truly awe inspiring! Also check out our Recipe chart with loads of clone recipes from many popular craft beers using these kits (y) Each can requires the addition of at least 1.5kg of additional liquid malt extract or 1kg of dry brewing sugar to make up to 22 litres.
