22.01.2022 For some of you this may come across as a shock. It is with mixed emotions that I would like to inform everyone that at the end of this month ( April 30th ) The Country Plate will be closing. It been one hell of a ride and the business I created, the friends I've made and the invaluable experience and knowledge I have learnt are beyond anything I could imagine. I would like to thank everyone who came into the Resturant for dinner from the bottom of my heart, the overwhelming ...support from the community has been more than I could ever ask for. My sincerest thanks also go to my fantastic staff, I couldn't have done any of this without you, your friendships I will cherish forever. My sincere thanks also go out to The Clubs staff and directors for putting their faith in me to take on this challenge. Its not the end for me, more just an opportunity to open new doors as this door closes. I have grown so much and learnt so much from this experience, things that will stay with me forever as I take on a new journey. 21.01.2022 Some pictures from a few catering events we have done this week! :)

21.01.2022 Well yesterday was a huge day for The Country Plate team. We had the bistro open for lunch and dinner, a bowlers function inside the club and we catered the 2016 Debutante Ball, with a total of 225 adults and 8 kids. Firstly I start by thanking all of my amazing staff, loving family and always helpful friends. I can not thank the ball committee enough for choosing The Country Plate to cater the event and can not thank my staff enough for their tremendous efforts, I have ...a great team. Also my mum, Donna, what an amazing lady, I couldn't have done any of this without here by my side every step of the way. She worked tirelessly for this whole week with me making sure everything was going to run smoothly. My mum is incredible, I am so lucky to have her as not only my mum but my best friend. I didn't have a chance to take many photos but here is one of the antipasto platters.... Hope everyone had an amazing night, all the Debs looked great! :) See more
