22.01.2022 PROJECT UPDATE We are moving along full steam ahead preparing for the start of Djiljit Mia construction on 10th February. Charles Grist of Cape Constructions ha...s been amazing; donating his time to coordinate site logistics- rocks, logs, ropes, sand, soils, machinery, equipment etc etc We have had many generous contributions from local businesses and community members- too many to list here! (arborist, landscapers, earthmovers, garden suppliers, fencing company, reticulation experts, rock supplier, private landowners, local cafes, designers, sculptor) and have managed to procure a lot of what we need, but we still have supplies to track down. Josh Whiteland, local Custodian (Koomal Dreaming) is assisting with cultural information and design, and artworks. Dunsborough Primary School kids have contributed artworks. The Dunsborough Community Men's Shed guys are raring to go! Dunsborough Coast And Land Care are preparing to rehabilitate the adjacent Dugalup Brook. The list of contributors goes on.
