10.01.2022 Holy smokes! I just made naan bread made in a pan- well pretty much! And totally by accident. I had a piece of sourdough dough left over from shaping my loaves, rolled it out, put it in a smoking hot pan, sprinkle with salt and voila! Best thing I've eaten all year!

10.01.2022 .... And the bake is done! Most loaves I've baked so far. Pretty happy with that! They just have to cool before delivering.
