09.01.2022 The Artificial Light Studio You have your camera, you like portraits and you want to set up a studio space, but where to start. Or maybe you already have your studio but you just cant seem to get your lights right. In this studio lighting class we cover the basics on how to set up your studio. The Artificial Light Studio is a theoretical and practical class where participants are given the opportunity to photograph one of our models using one of our 1 light set ups. In the class we discuss why we use artificial light, the pros and cons, the basic equipment in a studio, the different types of lighting and diffusers, and how to set it all up. We also have a quick mini class directly following ‘The Artificial Light Studio’ where we will look at the images each participant has taken during the day, and show a basic edit walkthrough.

07.01.2022 We had such a great time getting to know this awesome bunch of creatives at our recent ‘Mastering Manual’ workshop at the PBH studio! Our next class dates will be announced soon with our lighting class booking out quickly last week! Be sure to keep an eye out. Please also remember clicking ‘going’ on the event does not confirm you spot, most of our classes do have limited class sizes so to confirm your space you need to flick us through a quick message with your details ect. ...Looking forward to meeting you all soon!! - Michelle & Haylie

07.01.2022 Good evening creative minds!! Due to quite a few recent requests we are pleased to announce our next "Mastering Your Manual Settings" class date. Along with this class we will also be popping up the event date and details for the first of our more advanced classes, "The Artificial Light Studio" - which has had huge interest over the past few months! To participate in our advanced classes participants MUST be comfortable photographing using their manual settings. ... If you are not quite at that stage yet, or maybe need a bit of a refresher, never fear! Our Manual Settings class is being held a week PRIOR to the lighting class. So anyone who wants to really master their manual settings before heading into the advance classes will have every opportunity beforehand. Any questions at all please feel free to flick Haylie and I through a PM!

05.01.2022 Photography is such a great creative outlet. You can use almost anything to create beautiful art! This time we decided to put together some brightly colours paints, two models and two creative little minds - and this was the outcome! Isn’t it amazing the looks you can achieve just by smearing some paint around

03.01.2022 Mastering your manual settings - what a great way to spend our Sunday! Lots of learning, laughter and fun, we can’t wait until our next class date announcement!!
