23.01.2022 A boy name Mark was walking back from school when another boy in front of him tripped and fell. The boys' belongings flew everywhere- almost as though his entire locker from school has been emptied out. Mark then quickly helped the boy pick up all his books and stuff and began talking to him. Mark then found out that they lived near each other and the other boy's name was Bill. On their way home, Bill invited Mark inside. They hung out and since remained friends and frequent...ly hung out at school. Many years later, Mark found out that Bill was planning to kill himself on the day they met and he had cleared out his locker for the next person. Bill thought no one cared and he had no friends. The recognition of your kindness may never be reciprocated. You can still be kind. Kindness nourishes, strengthens and uplifts us. 20.01.2022 Happy Monday! I get lots of questions on crystals and their properties; and crystals for stress relief is one of the common ones. While there are a few that are good Lepidolite is one of my go to. Lepidolite contains natural lithium- used commonly in anti- anxiety medication. 06.01.2022 Crystals and the topic of Spirituality aren't spur of moments for me. I grew up in a house full of crystals and a household with strong spiritual beliefs. When I was young, I listened to my parents talk about Fengshui, numerology, astrology, crystals and their properties, spiritual teachings and so much more. Burning incense, smudging, full moon rituals were ingrained in me and not just something that I pick up now that I am an adult. Perhaps then I didn't really gras...p these significance enough; perhaps then crystals were just beautiful things with "special powers" that I didn't understand. Little did I realise that these were all teachings and signs to prepare me to where I am today. Mum said she always knew this is the path I will take and now looking back- she is right. A couple of post graduate degrees and over 2 decades working up the corporate ladder, I finally leaned in to what the Universe has guided me to. I tipped my full glass out and finally followed what I was always meant to do. Some days I still pinch myself that I can do what I love so dearly and what has so much importance in my life full time.
