This culture is the final outcome of agreed and accepted behaviours that results when a group creates and arrives together at a set of behaviours that support all to work and live well together. To achieve this we need to create an environment where we can call each other out when we cross that line of behaviour - as well as we can all then praise behaviours ...that are constructive. 09.01.2022 A very exciting day last Wednesday where we launched Woolworths newest store and Queensland's first SMART store with a great range of new, first time supermarket initiatives. So proud of my team of Woolworths coaches and trainers attached to this store (pictured here) who upskilled themselves on these initiatives. Then delivered these ourselves to teams as interstate support not available due to travel restrictions of covid19. They nailed it and this beautiful Loganholme stor...e opened so smoothly and team and customers alike are delighted! Love a store opening!
