19.01.2022 Just a little update on the latest status of order processing: The friendliest of reminders that order lead times are currently 7-10 Business Days (ie. 2 weeks), and are still an 'approximate' guide. BUT! In saying that though, I have been held up a little this time around and I'm hoping to have all current orders posted by early next week. These do take a little while to make & finish, but the extra touches and quality control just ensure that what's sent out to you is ...top notch A re-opening date will be announced once I confirm when the current orders will be complete And some exciting news! Starting this week, The Cutter Creator hive has become a team of two worker bees So with my new helping hand (to be introduced to you all soon!), the lead times on orders should start to reduce and we'll be able to have you using your cutters sooner rather than later. 12.01.2022 ORDER UPDATE Well I can't think of anything else to say other than WOW! The response to my Christmas release has been INCREDIBLE! I'm utterly floored. Thank you so much to everyone for your messages and comments and shares and orders! I think I might actually be in shock! So, I'll have to make a change from my previous posts Just temporarily, in order to ensure that everyone's orders are processed in a timely manner, I'll be closing off website orders later tonight. This will just allow me time to catch up on everything, and to make sure that all of the current orders will be sent out ASAP. For anyone that has missed out on this first round - not to worry! Your encouragement and excitement have really helped me turn this release into one of my biggest yet! Keep reading below for all the details: - This year's Christmas range will be released online tomorrow, Saturday 19th September at 12pm AEST (I just can't wait any longer! ) - All items, including the rest of ...my range, will now be MADE TO ORDER!! For you guys, this means that there's no more madness on restocking days, and no more waiting and checking for your faves to reappear Once your order is in, you're in the queue! - At this stage, all orders will have a processing time of approx 5-7 business days. Although, this is subject to change depending on the volume of orders. A reminder that it's only little old me behind the scenes here, so bear with me, I'll have you creating cookie magic just as soon as I can - Shipping is still only available within Australia.
