03.01.2022 Spending more time at home over these last few months has definitely lead to an increase in the number of cases of heel pain we have been seeing in the clinic. A few easy ways to help relieve this is by making sure you spend more time in your sturdy and supportive shoes and try to minimise the time spent in your socks or slippers. Using a tennis ball to gently roll under the arch of your foot is also a great way to help relieve tension in the plantar fasica. ...
