She may not know it yet but she is about to embark on the journey of a lifetime, across the expanse of our great country, Australia. Searching, experiencing and exploring, travelling North and South. Curiosity never faltering never any doubt. Our wanderer carries with her a special piece of history, a compass from her father, it’s magic is a mystery. ... The journey will continue as she travels East and West, the protection from her compass will always pass the test. As our wanderer starts to weary and her journey nears the end, she starts to long for home, is it just around that bend? Memories and treasures she has gathered along the way, many small steps and big leaps of faith taken day by day. But something deep inside is telling her that something’s missing, her safe place, comfort, loved ones, to be home is what she’s wishing. We at TDE are so lucky to have an in-house tutu designer and decorator Libby from @joycethelabel1 creates the most beautiful bespoke tutus and costumes for our competition soloists. Each is carefully designed and crafted to suit the individual and their solo piece. Libby works closely with our tutu master Sari and together they create MAGIC!... Evalyn received 2nd place for Classical Ballet solo in the 4 years and under section! 03.01.2022 2021 SENIOR PRE-FULLTIME PROGRAM TDE isexcited to announce a new training division in 2021. Our Senior Pre Full-Time Program is offered to selected TDE students displaying outstanding talent and dedication to classical ballet, contemporary dance and the related training. The successful dancers will train with likeminded students in an environment where each dancer will receive intense training targeted at personal goals and achievable milestones. Designed for dancers in Ye...ar 7-9 the program will run on Wednesday's 1.30pm-3pm. All dancers participating in this program will undertake an assessment each term to determine their progress. A formal report will be completed twice each year . Entry to the Senior Pre full time Training Program is via audition only. To be eligible for the 2021 intake dancers must attend the audition 10 December 2020. Registration for the audition can be done by via email no later than Friday 04 December.
