03.01.2022 DAO REPLENISHMENT || On Monday we had the opportunity to have the space held for us as team by Katherine from @mindfultransitions_au. In our workshop we went through our strengths as individuals, our values as part of The Dao Health and practicing techniques for self compassion for ourselves and to support others. It was a lovely afternoon to be able to check in and reconnect with one another during these times.
