25.01.2022 Bella is all good. home tonight with a brand new haircut. turns out she has a hereditary problem with her hips and will have to have injections and pains relief for a while. going to have to loose a few kilos(you and me both Bella) and no more playing puppy games with Emma. Bug thank you to michael and the team at @Wauchope Vets. they were so great with Bella and kept us informed the whole way through

24.01.2022 it’s just going to be too hot. we are spending these next few hours preparing the animals cages for the heat. wetting down the roofs and putting ice in the water to give them the best chance of surviving today. even putting buckets of water in enclosures does a small part but o cool the air around it. good luck today everyone. stay safe and stay cool.

20.01.2022 The Best thing about rainy days is i finally got the soap production back up and running. :) and of course the garden is beaming with excitement over the rain. made Bastille Turmeric and lemon, orange and spice, honey and oatmeal, rose clay, and Mocha mint!!!

Put simply, our Australian s...pecies evolved for uniqueness not to compete with placental mammals such as the fox or cat! They simply can't compete with these highly intelligent species! Remember responsible pet ownership can make a huge difference to our native wildlife. Keep your cats inside to help protect our native species.

07.01.2022 Bella is in for a stay at the Wauchope Vets today. she’s getting x-rays on her back leg as we suspect she’s torn her crucial ligament. probably while trying to be a puppy again with Emma. Going to be getting a hair cut while she’s at it. so will look like a very different dog when we pick her up. very stoned and happy in this picture lol the drugs must be good will keep you updated on how she goes.

06.01.2022 Looking for expressions of interest. Do you know a local producer? Friday nights at the farm are about to get bigger! We are strong believers in supporting local and we want to extend the Farm gate to other farmers and local producers to sell their products. They need to be grown, gathered or made within 100km of the farm and cannot sell on bought goods or fresh produce from outside that area. Please tag any friends or business that might be interested.

05.01.2022 Check out the gardenS!!! you can almost see them growing. some of these beds are only 3 weeks old. with help from Grow Lush Landscape Supplies and their awesome compost soil we didn’t have to do or add anything before we threw our seeds and seedlings into the soil. magic soil
