24.01.2022 I think I may have conducted the world's first improvisation class from a hotel where I'm in Quarantine (I'm travelling for work). A small team of one of the "B...ig Four" Australian banks - all working remotely - were crying out for connection, communication and some fun. Neuroscience website Medium posted: "A 2017 study published in the Journal of Mental Health looked at improvisation exercises as a therapeutic intervention and found significant improvement in symptoms of anxiety, depression, and reduction of perfectionism which is a significant source of stress." Lots of laughs during the workshop. I'm feeling a group cook up in the future. One where we drop off pots of food to each others door step. If you are stuck at home and sick. I can bring you over food.

Two hours ...later I’m on a plane home to Melb. Most people are crammed in making a mockery of social distancing. Begging the question of why the government isn’t supporting more flights. It’s fabulous to meet so many people from our fr...ontlines from supermarkets, schools, aviation, councils, hospitals, transport, child protection, emergency services and more.
