10.01.2022 The neutral colour scheme of the cabinets is articulated with the rich texture of the dark stone tops and the feature copper elements of the mosaic tile splashback, lights, and the underbench strip which carries the feature to unite the design elements. early on we were exploring some colour options in visualisation prioir to final selections, very happy with the result

08.01.2022 Thanks to Dr Steve Kiely for a really insightful presentation this morning. I took down some important notes on human beahviour in response to fear and stressful situations. I like his idea of not dwelling on the distant past and distant future, but reminding ourselves to focus on the present... and of course that's not to say "ignore" the past of future, but perhaps it's important to take things in balance and moderation but focus on what we can do now. There is a lot we can still maintain control over, and largely that is our habits and behavious that can build resilience in tougher times and improve how we respond.
