24.01.2022 Hi Coffs creatives This is a call out to arts/cultural/multicultural/creative people, community groups and organisations. The Coffs Harbour Arts Council Inc ar...e plotting to run a community multi-disciplinary, multicultural arts and culture event in 2021 and we are seeking expressions of interest from people who would like to be part of the core working group. We are meeting next Friday and would love you to come along, if you think you might be interested please PM me and I will send you more information. The plan is to develop the 'what' 'why' 'when' of this event and apply for funding through the Regional Arts Fund open now and closing on 21st August. AND yes I have shared photos from Botanica: An Evening in the Gardens coz it was awesome and we would love to create another spectacular event on the Coffs Coast. 15.01.2022 BEAUTY in HOSPITALITY should not ONLY be skin deep. Being bred in the Hospo industry - owning restaurants and training as a chef all comes into play when designing a venue. The kitchen needs to suit the food that’s served, ergonomics is important for every key area, spatial planning, kitchen, coffee and bar workflow, traffic flow, diverse seating plans, acoustics, waiters sections and stations, table service OR order and pay at the counter, stackable, light weight and... flexible furniture Good planning and consideration will ensure a venue is ready for success. Much thought goes into each project with focus on designing outside of what is currently ‘on trend.’ By integrating into my design custom artwork (illustration, graph art), photography, timber work, metal fabrication, & bespoke furniture by other artists helps... *Strengthen my clients brand *Sews into our local creative community *Supports local biz *Keeps the $$ here in town...
