25.01.2022 Our babies are getting bigger and starting to show who their daddies are! We definitely have some Butterfly Telescope X Red Cap Orandas, which are a very rare mix indeed. We also seem to have some baby Yuan Bao (Oranda X Ranchu) X Red Cap Orandas, and, fingers crossed, a few Red Cap Shukins (a rare sub-breeding of the already very rare Oranda X Ranchu variety).... We are taking expressions of interest and deposits for babies available from the week before Xmas. Feel free to send The Devil a message and find out about our little ones. TDF

22.01.2022 Welcome to The Devil's Fishbowl. We are now offering cross-variety and rare variety goldfish, goldfish-koi hybrids, other freshwater species, and a range of rare aquatic plants suitable for goldfish aquaria. Aquarium consultation and design also available by appointment. TDF has it's first two clutches of cross goldfish, one of which was born on Friday the 13th! Some wee fish have already been adopted and spoken for, however the first official pics and pre-orders for the rest... begin 31 October 2017. 20.01.2022 Our current mum, the beautiful and unusual Boshi, the copper Red Cap Oranda. Dads include a stunning calico Telescope Butterfly and a black Siamese Ranchu. So many babies! Congratulations Boshi.

09.01.2022 HAPPY HALLOWEEN FROM THE DEVIL'S FISHBOWL Introducing the Friday the 13th babies! All crosses! Our first clutch of Red Cap Oranda-Cross babies were born this past Friday the 13th, and are rapidly putting on size. These little guys started life around the size of an eyelash from the corner of your eye. As you can see - they're getting bigger fast thanks to a lot of food and tlc.... We are now taking $50 holding deposits for the Friday the 13th Clutch. The babies include a good number of Oranda-Telecope Butterfly crosses, with the potential for yuan bao, shukin and whatever else decides to surface! Our babies will be ready to begin going to their new homes in approx. 4 weeks, depending on the fish in question and their needs. Parents are show quality fish and all are happy, healthy, hand fed companion animals. Mother is a copper red cap oranda. Fathers are a calico telescope butterfly, a black ranchu and a dalmatian yuan bao. Exact mixes and traits will emerge in the next couple of weeks. TDF only releases goldfish to pre approved homes.
