06.01.2022 The monthly Digital Village Meetup was held last week. I love these events. Is a chance to have fun and bring people together. Youre probably familiar with usability testing of software and different research methods of how to optimise a website or application. But not everyone is familiar with Drunk User Testing (DUT). Testers were provided drinks before the session and then a set of tasks to carry out on the site while everyone else looked on and listen to them express the...ir unfiltered feelings about how they wanted the site to be. And this is the beauty of DUT. you dont get such authentic and unconsidered feedback as from a drunk user. Thanks to Fiona Thompson, Micheal Mendoza, James Gilchrist for getting amongst it and for the helpful feedback on the websites.
