20.01.2022 THE JUGGLE IS REAL. Running a small business from home and raising a couple of kiddos - it’s a whirlwind. I often worry that I’m missing opportunities and my to do list is always getting longer.... But I wouldn’t change a thing. I can’t believe how lucky I am that I get to be a mum and follow my dream and be at home to support my husband. 10.01.2022 LIME MARMALADE. I know we’re not meant to have favourites but let’s just say this might be my favourite TDT product... For hardcore marmalade lovers , this is tangy AND sweet! Paddington Bear would approve! As often as I have a lime marmalade and cheese sandwich for morning tea, my two year old son eats it straight from the jar! #welovecitrus We get our limes from the gang at Soil2Soul - run by LeaderLife.Dubbo, the Soil2Soul initiative provides disengaged youth with me...aningful jobs and training through the lease of a lime farm in Narromine; diverting kids away from destructive futures and instead putting hope in their hearts. 08.01.2022 WHAT A BOUNTY! The early season strawberries have been hitting the shelves and I’ve grabbed the chance to do a few small batches of Strawberry Jam. I don’t use any preservatives or additives in my products and Strawberry Jam, whilst incredibly delicious, is notoriously difficult to get a good set on without using pectin or a jam setter.... But I’m happy with my efforts. And to be honest, if you don’t want to use a slightly runny jam on your toast, it’s seriously good drizzled on some ice-cream instead... So to get your hands on some... Mick and Paul’s in Dubbo have a few jars in stock and @clover_andco will have some early next week (keep an eye on their stories to see when it’s available - in store and online). I’m sending my husband to town to get more strawberries this weekend so I’ll make a few batches next week and get them out to more of my stockists ASAP.
