25.01.2022 Thank you to The Lions Club of Croydon for preparing a lovely meal of sausages, mashed potatoes, vegetables and garden salad. For dessert our guests enjoyed chocolate chip slice and tropical fruit salad Thank you for Food Bank for our generous donation of bread, fruits and vegetables, and pantry items

23.01.2022 Many thanks to the fantastic volunteers from the Outer Eastern Lutheran Church for the brilliant meal they put on this evening! Tonight our guests were treated to chicken schnitzels, salad and mashed potatoes. For dessert they enjoy choc-coconut slice and a gorgeous fruit salad . Our thanks also goes to Food Bank for the vast array of goods our guests were also able to take home with them.

21.01.2022 And so this is Christmas... We had a brilliant night at The Dining Room Mission this evening. Our guests enjoyed a beautiful Christmas dinner with all the trimmings, Christmas pudding with custard and ice cream and we were treated to our very own carolers Each of our guests went home with a generous hamper of pantry staples, special Christmas treats and personal hygiene products generously donated by Pinchapoo. Santa even made a guest appearance and our youngest guests went home with a special bag of goodies which are sure to bring a smile

21.01.2022 WE ARE STILL SERVINGGood morning everyone, The Dining Room is still serving meals this evening, but in accordance with Government guidelines, they will be served as take away only.

13.01.2022 Some of our volunteers hard at work this morning preparing very special hampers for our guests to take home this coming Tuesday. Tuesday night will see our guests served with the annual special Christmas dinner, we can’t wait!

13.01.2022 Big thanks to Food Bank Victoria for helping us to provide such great produce and non perishables for our guests.

11.01.2022 Wow! What a delicious meal beautifully prepared by volunteers Ann, Dimi and Geoff. Tonight our guests were treated to chicken schnitzels, winter vegetables, zucchini, bok choy and fresh cherry tomatoes. Delicious!

11.01.2022 CHANGE OF PLANSFrom this coming Tuesday 31st March, until further notice, The Dining Room Mission will be serving take away meals from ADRA Vive Cafe. If further lockdowns are implemented and our situation changes, we will keep you posted. ADRA Vive Cafe is located at 17-19 Surrey Road West, Croydon. Other food items to be available from Hope Church in Rooks Rd Croydon during most of the week. Stay safe and well, everyone.
