Has there ever been a c...lassier treat than an Eclair? Or a more youthful one than that of a toffee? Even the mere sound of them being unwrapped conjures up feelings of delight and appreciation. Go on then... we know that you deserve only the very best ....because you are someone very special. And if you are feeling a bit more creative and inspired today, why not try to make a Chocolate Caramel clair Cake? ---- Prep Time: 20 minutes Number of portions: 10-12 ---- Ingredients---- 36 pieces (232 g) of Werthers Original Soft clair, unwrapped, divided cup of 1% milk, divided Chocolate cake mix Powdered sugar to preference ----Instructions---- 1. Prepare the chocolate cake mix and bake in a Bundt pan. 2. Cool for 30 minutes and then use the end of a whisk or wooden spoon to poke holes throughout the cake. 3. Unwrap 18 pieces of Werthers clair Caramels into a pot. 4. Pour in cup of milk into the pot, set on low and mix together until melted. 5. Pour the melted mixture to fill the holes. 6. Put the cake in the refrigerator to completely cool for 30 minutes to an hour. 7. Remove cake from pan and place on serving plate. 8. Unwrap 18 pieces of Werthers Soft clair Caramels into the pot. 9. Pour in cup of milk into the pot, set on low and mix together until melted. 10. Drizzle over top of the cake. 11. Sprinkle powdered sugar.

However, out of loyalty to our Snapshot Readers, we have conducted our own extensive tasting, with extra vigorous chewing and occasional dunking.
