23.01.2022 COVID-19 UPDATE In this uncertain time, we are alert but not alarmed. The health of our staff, customers and community is very important to us! So we just want to reassure everyone that we have implemented heightened sanitizing procedures and are practicing social distancing. ... We ask that when you drop your pooch off to us, please place them on the ground or hand us their leash rather than handing them over while still in your arms. Also, if you see someone is already in the shop dropping off or picking up their pup, please wait outside until they leave to maintain a safe social distance. We also must ask that if your are feeling unwell, have travelled overseas in the last 2 weeks or have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 please give us a call on 33994888 to reschedule your appointment. 19.01.2022 Another COVID-19 update! We are taking things one day at a time! We still have a few appointments available in the coming weeks and highly recommend that you get your pooch in for a haircut asap. It is very possible that groomers may have to close down if the government mandates it ALSO!... We are now asking for collars, harnesses and leads to be removed before we take your pooch in just to limit any unnecessary contact.... Stay healthy everyone
