17.01.2022 Some of you may not know this... but it’s a thing for me to stop and get a photo at the Dog on the Tuckerbox every time I go past. Over the past year or so more... and more people have been tagging me or sending me their photos of their stop there, fair to say I do enjoy it. But it made my day when Troy Cassar-Daley & Jem Cassar-Daley sent me these shots last week. They get it! . You legends! . #thedogonthetuckerbox #gundagai #australianicons #twolegendsonephoto #tourismnsw #humehwy #avoidingafine #thecassardaleys See more

03.01.2022 The Old Gundagai Flour Mill is the only building in the flood area to have survived the Great Flood of 1852. Built in 1849 by John Dillon Morley as the first fl...our mill in Gundagai. From 1851 the building was operated by Messrs Flood and Hanley. They milled local flour until 1918 The Old Mill was then sold to Messrs Regan and Davis in 1918. It was then converted into a freezing works. A few years later The Adjungbilly Freezing Company purchased the business. During the 1930s the major activity at the mill was the freezing of rabbits for export. Later the building was sold to W T Ballard & Sons. These men were wool and skin buyers who used the location to store the wool and hides What an amazing old building with some of the greatest history in Gundagai! #unleashyourfreedom#visitgundagai
