06.01.2022 Hi everyone, DAS Poster: I have attached a poster for some great dogs looking for homes at Domestic Animal Services. The Facility appears quite full at the moment so it would be wonderful if the pooches in the attached file can have some extra exposure please. I know a couple of them have been impounded for quite some time: Poor Skyline she’s been there since early April! She must be wondering if this is her new home? And Floki has also had a decent stint in the Pound. He has been there since early June. Let’s hope their luck is going to change VERY soon. Or if anyone knows of any rescue groups that can help them, please ask them to contact DAS. (Poster by Chris T)

02.01.2022 Canberra Pet Rescue: Amanda from CANBERRA PET RESCUE has asked for some assistance. The group has set up several initiatives/programs but it is struggling to keep up with demand. At this point in time what they need most are people to commit to a regular monthly donation so that they can continue their valued work. For more info see the attached poster. It makes interesting reading. A big concern is the fact that the official Kitten Season is just 5 weeks away. It never really stops unfortunately but it does get worse in the warmer months. Can everyone please advertise the CPR poster widely though your workplace intranets and via any of your social media pages. (poster by Chris T)
