20.01.2022 Have a look at these little purple guys pork and purple cauliflower meatballs are easy on the eye and delicious! Preheat your oven to 220. Blitz half a head of purple cauliflower with an onion, clove of garlic and a pinch of chilli flakes. Mix this well with 500g of well seasoned quality pork mince. Form into balls and place in a well oiled baking dish. Cover dish with foil, into the oven for 20 min then foil off for 10 min. Serve as you wish. Enjoy...
