On the same day, Indigenous elders and famili...es gathered at the birth place of the Murrumbidgee River in Kosciuszko National Park to conduct a traditional healing ceremony. At the Narjong ceremony, senior lore men from across New South Wales were joined by Major ‘Moogy’ Sumner, a Ngarrindjeri elder and songman from the Coorong at the mouth of the Murray River in South Australia.

01.01.2022 Looking forward to seeing you at Sundays' Car Boot Sale at The Ecovillage. Village and Valley residents are bringing their pre-loved items, craftspeople are bringing their handmade items and a couple of local businesses are bringing exciting garden products - Matt from MattsGrowWorms with his worms, farms and products and the wonderful Michelle from Michelle's Native Plants bringing her local native plant tubestock. Sausages or corn straight from the BBQ and the village kids' "Squeezy's Lemonade" stall will be serving up ice cold lemonade made with bush lemons and fresh mint straight from village gardens. Remember to bring your own bags, cash and cups. If the weather looks really dodgy, check here before you leave!
