19.01.2022 Did you know that the banana is botanically a berry!!?? And it comes in more colours than just yellow (and the unripe shade of green). That there is actually a red banana! I LOVE bananas! My fave ways to have them are: 1. On toast with peanut butter 2. On pancakes with bacon, maple syrup and pepper. ... 3. In a smoothie with cacao 4. With ice cream and home made chocolate-coconut sauce What's your fave way to enjoy this power packed fruit??

02.01.2022 J is for JAM. This is the typical "J" food that is in all alphabet children's books! There's a few other J foods, but not so cute to draw or taste as sweet for kids! When choosing your jams, check out the ingredients. Some are pretty much thick reduced fruit and others are full of sugars or artificial sweeteners which is not really necessary. Enjoy the REAL flavour of foods! Google a quick jam recipe using frozen raspberries and chia seeds, your kids will love to help make it!
