24.01.2022 #Repost @marketinabox Raw Milk - Who would be interested? I was given this milk to try from Luke at the Eggporium today at QVM and unfortunately drank the entire 750ml of in one sitting. Best milk I've ever had! It's the way milk is meant to be, natural, unprocessed, with the beautiful fat settled on the top. It was thick, creamy and rich tasting. As a nutritionist I'm not a fan of skinny milk with the fat taken out. I think full fat dairy is a nutritious choice to include in... your diet. We need fat in our diet (for fat soluble vitamins A,D, E & K, for our immune system and for healthy hormones) but we need the GOOD fats from natural foods like this milk, not the bad fats like trans fats found in processed foods and take-away. If you can't read the label I'll put some info below. We'll have Eggporium up soon on the site with more egg options, Australian honey from the Mornington Peninsula and premium full fat milks including this raw milk delivered to you (you'll have to be home though to receive milk deliveries).
