21.01.2022 How can men express their masculinity? Does it really have to be tough and physically strong? Do they have to aim to own an empire and be rich and successful? Perhaps our society has it all wrong. The most natural, recalibrated state for a man is to express his maleness through love . THIS IS WHEN WE SEE THE TRUE MALE STRENGTH. When a man is confronted with a situation where their action should be to fight back and use violence on some level, the STRONGER male will decide no...t to act with hate. This is an act of love. Be kinder to yourself. The people we lash out at are parts of ourselves so stop hurting yourself! Be kind to others because you are being kind to yourself! The next time you’re in an argument with your partner, child, friend, stranger, stop for a moment and experiment. Apply an act of love instead. This could be a couple of words to reassure them that you understand why they are upset, or an embrace or touch. But your decision to love can diffuse the situation. 14.01.2022 Quiet a few sets of The Elements oils have gone out in the last week. For those that are using them, pay attention to details. Tune into yourself and listen. So often we get caught up in the craziness of our lives and weeks/years pass and we miss the little things. We are always guiding ourselves. Make sure you don’t put your feelings aside to look at when you have time. Your time is now! Slow down. Take some deep breaths. Listen to the birds in the morning. 13.01.2022 Where do you store your limitations? On your body as extra weight and pain? In your mind as anxiety, depression and other mental illnesses? Or do you tuck them away deep in your body so you don’t see them? These are the tricky ones as they can fester and turn into disease. So don’t judge yourself on appearances. Ask yourself what you are really holding onto and what you have stored away because you don’t want to see it. Gather your strength, and go looking. Imagine your body like a house. Start in one room and start cleaning it out. Go through everything! Clean out every dark space and around every corner. If you have self doubts, control issues, fear of success, fear of failure, believe you are always right, have trouble listening. Your issues will be sitting and waiting for you. If you are a professional athlete, nurse, business person or cleaner the learning path is the same. So don’t run away when you feel confronted. There’s no point. The same constraints will be waiting for you at the new job. This can be applied to relationships too. The strength required is having the courage to be honest with yourself . 01.01.2022 Did you dream last night? When you start using the oils, your dreams may become more vivid. Dreams are fantastic because they show you what’s really going on in your life. They are cryptic so start practicing how to decipher them. Everyone in your dream is typically an aspect of you. If you dreamt about a high school friend, you might be guiding yourself to look back at the time you were in school. What was happening in the dream? And more importantly, what were you FEELING? It gives you a trigger to explore that time and realize a false perception you may have made. Or if you felt you weren’t kind, then forgive yourself. You can always change the ‘dream’.
