14.01.2022 As you all know I am very passionate about Mental Health. My son and I have started a private group, where you can go and talk.... in a safe and secure environment with others who are in a similar place. You can join the group and share your story, thoughts, suggestions, recommendations or just TALk! ... You can join the group and just watch if that helps YOU! Each December I put up support for those with Mental Health issues and we are now taking to the next level. I am proud that my son is now studying Mental Health. So far he has a Certificate in Borderline Personality Disorder and is about to start his Diploma of Mental Health. The group is for all kinds of Mental Health and you will not be judged! Depression, Anxiety, Suicidal, Bi Polar, Borderline Personality Disorder just to name a few. The group will cater for carers as well.
