25.01.2022 When I first started meditating, I couldnt quiet my mind. My mind would wander to conversations Id had, what I was going to make for dinner etc. My advice would be, Dont stress, just sit for a few mins... When a thought pops in your head say thankyou, I will come back to this later on Gradually over time your mind will be quiet, it wont happen straight away, it may take a few days a few weeks as everyone is different. Every few days see if you can sit for 1 or 2 mins longer. We all have busy lives and sometimes feel guilty when we take 5 mins out of the day just for us, but it is crucial to take time for yourself. So start sitting for a few mins a day and see how you feel, you will be amazed.

I would love to see my nan, I know she would have all the goss on all the family that are with her. I put this post up because its good to talk about our loved ones who had to leave, if we talk about them then they live on through our stories, we can laugh about the good times, the stupid times, the times they got up to no good. ...
