I have been there multiple times, infact I am still healing, because the reality is our minds are programmed and wired epigenetically around trauma that it does take alot of work to decode years of junk programming but it is possible when you get out of your own way. Examples of trauma that you may experince..... Birth trauma Childhood Accidents Addictions School Failed relationships Generalised fear - fear of fear When we are on a healing journey the road towards it, is not straight it is wavy with many different turns and bends, but what these turns and bends represent, is progress. The great man Tony Robbins quotes progress = happiness, meaning that happiness is not a destination it is all the action steps you take to design a better life, it is the steps that you say YES I am worthy of more... What progress looks like...? It is the steps that you take towards the possible... It is the steps you take despite how challenging the road might be to get there.. It is the steps you take despite the pain that you might experience to reach that goal... Life is both pain and pleasure and you can not experience pleasure without first experiencing pain, if we did not experience pain we would never fully understand what it means to be truly grateful and we need gratitude to help balance the wheel of life. 03.01.2022 I absolutely love this, I actually practice this when I have a date with my weights and resistance bands for my daily workout. When you are in a peak state mindfully, physically and emotionally your intuition and subconscious is fully primed to go to work to guide you to what is possible... Opportunities start flooding in as you are more open to recieving. ... When exercising you are in a flow state which allows you to extract information that often gets suppressed by stress or from being busy, movement allows the energy of your emotions to move out of the subconscious mind and into the conscious mind. Emotion = energy in motion, so when you understand thar emotions are just energy in motion it makes perfect sense to use movement as a vessel to connect to your thoughts in order to have more abundance in all areas of your life... My movement ritual is more meditative and instead of putting high energy music binaural beats that open your subconscious mind to the conscious. Here is my specific routine, remember the key to manifesting is to go slow although you feel pumped and primed doing a HIIT workout when you go slower the connection is actually higher as the neurons have time to connect rather than feeling flooded with cortisol which happens when doing a HIIT class for an hour.. Sets = 4 Reps = 10 - each rep is at a tempo of 1,2,3,4 count.
