21.01.2022 A fun session at #themarsmovement Bootcamp this morning. 52 Pick Up 13 different body weight exercises (upper, lower and core) repeated across the full deck of cards. Each card represents 25 reps.... The aim: to pick up and complete as many cards as possible A Joker round was added in after 5 cards were completed.
