25.01.2022 We have plenty of glace fruit in stock for all your Christmas baking. Choose from cherries, orange, pineapple, apricots, pears, ginger, figs, cedro, mixed peel & clementines. Glace fruits arent just for your Christmas cakes. Fruits such as fig & pears work well on cheese plates. I use cherries, pineapple & apricots in White Christmas (I'll share my recipe soon because I believe i have nailed it) There's so many uses for glace fruit but why not try a Christmas ice cream puddin...g this year Mix together 350gm of your favourite glace fruits + 50gm dried sultanas (or more glace fruit if sultanas aren't your thing) soak overnight in a few tbsps of rum (or fruit juice). Stir the fruit mixture into 1L of chocolate or vanilla ice cream. Spoon into a pudding basin, cover & pop into the freezer overnight. Enjoy!

23.01.2022 @margaretriverdairycompany Whicher Triple Cream arrived in store for the first time today. I've done the right thing & taste tested it, just to make sure it was good enough.... And it's so gooooood!! Pairs well with your favourite fruit paste but is equally as good on its own. Grab yourself one for this weekend
