Our most frequently asked questi...on: How in the world do I use essential oils? It can be overwhelming and confusing, getting started in this essential oil world. But no need to fret, we are here to support you. There are four fundamental ways you can use your oils: 1.) Diffuse: This is one of the simplest methods of using essential oils. Simply add water and 6-8 drops of your favorite oils to your diffuser. 2.) Inhale: Place a few drops from the oil's bottle in the palm of your hands. Cup your hands around your mouth and nose, and then inhale. 3.) Topical: Apply a drop of essential oil to the neck, forehead and temples, wrists, or bottoms of the feet, and then massage. On young or sensitive skin, we advise using a carrier oil (such as Fractionated Coconut Oil) to dilute more potent oils. You may also want to dilute when trying an oil for the first time.
