Let's get some facts right.... - If we are always dieting, we are always depriving. We can't diet forever. If we did, we would die. - Diets are temporary. Embrace the hunger and know the process is working - If you are the opposite and eat one 'meal' a day, after years of yoyo eating, your approach will not involved being a consistent caloric eating deficit.
